Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and/or JPY
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Full payment must be made before shipment
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer (TT) only
Orders will be processed after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation
- An order is confirmed only after full payment is received
- Once confirmed, the vehicle is reserved for the buyer
- Cancellation after confirmation may result in charges
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is arranged after payment confirmation
- Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and shipping schedules
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines or port authorities
Export Documentation
We provide all required export documents, including:
- Bill of Lading
- Export Certificate
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
These documents are necessary for customs clearance.
Import Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes
- Customs clearance
- Vehicle registration
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
We recommend checking import rules in your country before purchase.
Vehicle Condition
- All vehicles are sold as-is
- Inspection reports and auction grades are provided when available
- We are not liable for issues after delivery
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled after shipment has been arranged
- Refunds are not applicable once the vehicle has been shipped
- Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis
Limitation of Liability
Zulfiqar Trading Corporation is not responsible for:
- Delays in shipping or delivery
- Damage caused during transit (covered by shipping insurance if applicable)
